Fénix is Chef César Pita's second Los Cabos concept after Lumbre, perched at the top of the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood inside The Mountain Club. The philosophy is 'Cocina Mexicontemporánea'—revitalizing Mexican culinary heritage through smoke, fire, and reinvention. Wood-grilled meats, zarandeado seafood, and artisanal cocktails arrive against some of the best Pacific sunset views in Cabo San Lucas.
